Needs and Uses: The information collection requirement is necessary to identify products or services requested by community members of restoration advisory boards or technical review committees to aid in their participation in the Department of Defense's environmental restoration program, and to meet Congressional reporting requirements. Affected Public: Individuals or households. Annual Burden Hours: 200. Number of Respondents: 25. Responses per Respondent: 2. Annual Responses: 50. Average Burden per Response: 4 hours. Frequency: On occasion. Respondents are community members of restoration advisory boards or technical review committees requesting technical assistance to interpret scientific and engineering issues regarding the nature of environmental hazards at an installation. This assistance will assist communities in participating in the cleanup process.
