SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a 
notice that was published in the Federal Register (FR) on May 15, 2019, 
regarding the receipt of a petition for rulemaking from Michael Taylor,

necessary to correct a Docket ID and telephone number.
