Take notice that on February 14, 2000, Transwestern Pipeline Company (Transwestern) filed revised standards of conduct under Order Nos. 497 et seq.,[1] Order Nos. 566 et seq.,[2] and Order No. 599.[3]
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest in the proceeding with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions to intervene or protest should be filed on or before March 9, 2000. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestant parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene in the proceeding. Copies of this filing is on file with the Commission and available for public inspection.
