This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New Jersey (FEMA-1563-DR), dated October 1, 2004, and related determinations.

October 22, 2004.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of New Jersey is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of October 1, 2004:
Hunterdon County for Public Assistance.
