Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending the system of records currently titled, ``Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Docket Management System (VAFDMS)--(140VA00REG)'' as set forth in the Federal Register on February 9, 2007 and amended on March 25, 2008. VA is amending the system name, expanding the authority listed for maintenance of the system, clarifying storage location, and updating the address for notification and record access procedures. VA is republishing the system notice in its entirety.
