Certain Preserved Mushrooms From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review; 2013-2014

The Department of Commerce (the Department) published the Preliminary Results of the 2013/2014 new shipper review on January 22, 2015.\1\ This review covers one company, Dezhou Kaihang Agricultural Science Technology Co., Ltd. (Dezhou Kaihang). We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments received, we made changes to the margin calculations for these final results. As a result of these changes, we find that Dezhou Kaihang did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value.
