The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), as a part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal Agencies to comment on the proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This collection of information is necessary, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. Sec. 635(a)(1), to determine whether or not a company has a good payment history. This form will enable Ex-Im Bank to make a credit decision on a foreign buyer credit limit request submitted by a new or existing policy holder. Additionally, this form is used by those Ex-Im Bank policy holders granted delegated authority to commit the Bank to a foreign buyer credit limit. The form can be viewed at http://www.exim.gov/sites/default/files/ pub/pending/eib99-14.pdf.
