Certain Lined Paper Products From India: Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products (CLPP) from India.\1\ The period of review (POR) is September 1, 2013, through August 31, 2014.\2\ We preliminarily determine that during the POR, mandatory respondent Kokuyo Riddhi \3\ made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) and mandatory respondent SAB International (SAB) did not.
