(applicant) requests ITP TE86106B-0 under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). The applicant anticipates taking about 2.54 acres of feeding, breeding, and sheltering habitat used by the sand skink and blue-tailed mole skink incidental to land preparation and construction in Polk County, Florida. The applicant's HCP describes proposed minimization measures and mitigation measures to address the effects of development on the covered species.
