Applicant: T[uuml]rkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi A.[Scedil]. (``Applicant''). Summary of Application: Applicant, a banking institution organized as a public joint stock company of unlimited duration under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (``Turkey'') requests an order exempting it from all provisions of the Act in connection with the offer and sale of its debt securities in the United States. Filing Dates: The application was filed on July 14, 2015, and amended on November 25, 2015 and March 14, 2016. Hearing or Notification of Hearing: An order granting the application will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing. Interested persons may request a hearing by writing to the Commission's Secretary and serving applicant with a copy of the request, personally or by mail. Hearing requests should be received by the Commission by 5:30 p.m. on May 2, 2016, and should be accompanied by proof of service on applicant, in the form of an affidavit or, for lawyers, a certificate of service.
