Notice of Final Approval for the Operation of a Pressure-Assisted Multi-Point Ground Flare at Occidental Chemical Corporation

This notice announces our approval of the Alternative Means of Emission Limitation (AMEL) request for the operation of a multi-point ground flare (MPGF) at Occidental Chemical Corporation's (OCC) ethylene plant in Ingleside, Texas. This approval notice specifies the operating conditions and monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements for demonstrating compliance with the AMEL request that this facility must follow.
