This notice allocates $299 million in Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG-DR) funds appropriated by the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2016 for the purpose of assisting long-term recovery in South Carolina and Texas.
