The EPA is requesting comment on Section 1, Chapter 2, ``Cost Estimation: Concepts and Methodology''; Section 3.1, Chapter 1, ``Refrigerated Condensers''; and Section 3.2, Chapter 2, ``Incinerators/Oxidizers.''
