The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the South Branch of the Chicago River and the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal. This action is necessary to protect spectators, participants, and vessels from the hazards associated with the Tough Cup event on these navigable waters in Chicago, IL, on September 24, 2016.
