The U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (circular welded pipe) from Pakistan is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2015. The final dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the ``Final Determination'' section of this notice.
