This action is being taken to protect public safety and resources within and adjacent to the permitted operations of the Best in the Desert (BITD) Racing Association ``GMZ Utility Terrain Vehicle Winter Nationals Parker 250'' and ``BlueWater Resort Parker 425'' off-highway vehicle (OHV) events.
