On June 27, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published its initiation of less-than-fair-value investigations of fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from China, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam. On June 29, 2017, DAK Americas LLC; Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America; and Auriga Polymers Inc., (collectively, the petitioners), withdrew the antidumping duty (AD) petition with respect to Vietnam.
