The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Turkey. The period of review (POR) is September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2016. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Toscelik Profil ve Sac End[uuml]strisi A.[Scedil]. (Toscelik). We preliminarily find that Toscelik has not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
