The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve portions of the fine particulate matter (PM2.5 ) State Implementation Plan (SIP) and related rule revisions submitted by the State of Utah. The EPA is proposing to approve revisions submitted on May 9, 2013 and August 25, 2017 for Utah's fugitive dust control rule, and to approve the State's associated reasonable available control measures (RACM) determination, submitted on December 16, 2014. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act).
