The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary special local regulation on Pensacola Bay in Pensacola, FL. The proposed rulemaking is needed to protect the persons participating in the Pensacola Triathlon marine event. This proposed rulemaking restricts transit into, through and within the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Mobile (COTP) or a designated representative.
