FCA US, LLC (f/k/a Chrysler Group, LLC ``FCA US''), has determined that certain model year (MY) 2013-2017 Jeep Compass motor vehicles do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 205, Glazing Materials. FCA US filed a noncompliance report dated October 10, 2017. FCA US also petitioned NHTSA on November 2, 2017, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
