Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2: Zion Solutions, LLC

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of an application filed by the ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) on July 24, 2018. The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 for Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (ZNPS), from the current holder, ZS, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC). The NRC is also considering amending the facility operating licenses for administrative purposes to reflect the proposed transfer.
