CNG Transmission Corp., Notice of Compliance Filing

May 4, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 1, 1995, CNG Transmission Corp. (CNG), in 
compliance with the Commission's March 31, 1995, Letter Order in the 
referenced proceeding, filed billing determinant and related 
information with the Commission.
    CNG states that it has posted and served its filing in accordance 
with the Commission's Regulations.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.24 and 385.211). All such motions 
or protests should be filed on or before May 11, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action be 
taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
