Title: Voluntary Customer Surveys to Implement Order 12862-- Customer Satisfaction Surveys of State, Local, other Federal agencies, Private sector customers, and applicants. Abstract: FEMA will conduct a variety of customer surveys over a 3- year period to determine customers' perceptions and expectations of the services provided by FEMA as well as their satisfaction with existing services. The survey results will be used to establish customer service standards for FEMA programs and performance standards for FEMA employees. Type of Respondents: Individuals or households; business or other for-profit; not-for-profit institutions; Federal Government; and State, Local, or Tribal Government. Estimate of Total Annual Reporting and Recordkeeping Burden: 5,400 hours. Number of Respondents: 13,000.
