ACTION: Cancellation of meeting.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act (Pub. L. 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that the 
Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board meeting previously 
scheduled for Thursday, June 20, 1996, is hereby cancelled. The next 
meeting will be held on Thursday, July 25, 1996, for which due notice 
will be given.
