TIME AND DATE: 10:00 a.m., on June 25, 1996.

PLACE: The Commission's National Office at One Lafayette Centre, 1120 
20th St., N.W., 9th Floor, Washington, DC 20036-3419.

STATUS: Under 29 C.F.R. Sec. 2203.4(d) this meeting is subject to being 
closed by a vote of the Commissioners taken at the beginning of the 
meeting. Since the only matters to be discussed at this meeting will be 
specific cases in the Commission's adjudicative process, it is likely 
that, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. Sec. 2203.3(b)(10), the meeting will be 
closed upon a proper vote taken.
