    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Board of 
Scientific Counselors, National Institute of Mental Health, which was 
published in the Federal Register on August 15, 1996 (61 FR 42430).
    This committee was to have convened at 8:30 a.m. on September 19 in 
Room 1B07, Building 36, National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. 
The starting date has been changed to September 18.
