National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; Cancellation of 
Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of the National Heart, 
Lung, and Blood Institute Special Emphasis Panel on Bone Marrow 
Transplantation in Sickle Cell Anemia, September 24, 1996, which was 
published in the Federal Register on August 16, 1996 (61 FR 42638).
    The meeting is cancelled due to scheduling conflicts, and will be 
rescheduled at a later date.
