Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership; Notice of 
Technical Conference

October 11, 1996.
    Pursuant to the Commission's order, issued on September 12, 1996, a 
technical conference will be held to resolve the issues raised in the 
above-captioned proceeding.
    The conference will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 1996 at 10:00 
a.m. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
