Sunshine Act Meeting

Notice of Change in Subject of Meeting

    The National Credit Union Administration Board determine that its 
business requires the addition of the following item, which is closed 
to public observation, to the previously announced closed meeting 
(Federal Register, Vol. 62, No. 95, pages 27072-27073, Friday, May 16, 
1997) scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 1997.
    4. Request from a Corporate Credit Union for an Extension under 
Part 704, NCUA's Rules and Regulations. Closed pursuant to exemption 
(8).
    The Board voted unanimously that agency business requires that this 
item be considered with less than the usual seven days notice, that it 
be closed to the public, and that no earlier announcement of this 
change was possible.
    The previously announced items are:
    1. Approval of Minutes of Previous Closed Meeting.
    2. Administrative Action under Section 206 of the Federal Credit 
Union Act. Closed pursuant to exemptions (8), (9)(A)(ii), and (9)(B).
    3. Personnel Action(s). Closed pursuant to exemptions (2) and (6).
