Notice of Correction, Lakeview District

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

SUMMARY: The following represents corrections to previous Federal 
Register notices published by the Lakeview District, BLM:
    (1) Federal Register notice: October 20, 1998, Volume 63, Number 
202, Page 56042, under Penalties: The appropriate regulation citation 
should be 43 CFR 8365.1-6.
    (2) Federal Register notice: June 12, 1998, Volume 63, Number 113, 
Pages 32244-32245, under Penalties: The appropriate regulation citation 
should be 43 CFR 8364.1(d).

    (3) All Federal Register notices related to the publication of 
supplemental rules previously issued from the Lakeview District, BLM 
were issued under the approval and authority of the Oregon State 
Office, State Director.

DATES: These corrections will become mandatory after a 30-day public 
review period.
