CHANGES IN MEETING: Following a motion to dismiss the proceedings by 
the Secretary of Labor, the Commission canceled oral argument on 
Secretary of Labor v. Newmont Gold Co., Docket Nos. WEST 97-164-RM, 
etc.

PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE: The meeting to consider Secretary
