Northern Natural Gas Company; Site Visit

May 19, 1999.
    On June 1 and 2, 1999, the Office of Pipeline Regulation (OPR) 
staff will inspect Northern Natural Gas Company's (Northern) proposed 
route and potential alternative routes for the Elk River Loop '99 
Project in Anoka and Sherburne Counties, Minnesota. The areas will be 
inspected by helicopter and automobile. Representatives of Northern 
will accompany the OPR staff. Anyone interested in participating in the 
site visits must provide their own transportation.
