AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Proposed rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM), 
which was published on May 18, 1999 (64 FR 27160). The NPRM proposed a 
Special Federal Aviation Regulation, applicable for the periods of 
October 2 through October 10, 1999, and October 7 through October 15, 
2000, to establish a temporary flight restriction area for the 1999 and 
2000 Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiestas.
