Supplementary Information
The notice of a major disaster for the State of Colorado is hereby amended to include the Public Assistance program in the following areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of May 17, 1999:
Bent, El Paso, Larimer, Otero, and Weld Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance). Crowley, Custer, Elbert, Fremont, Kiowa, Las Animas, and Pueblo Counties for Public Assistance.
