Summary
The Federal Maritime Commission published in the Federal Register of February 17, 1999, a final rule making changes to existing regulations to update and improve them, and to conform them to and implement the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998. Subsequently on May 3, 1999 a correction was published to add several amendatory instructions that were omitted in the final rule. This document satisfies Office of the Federal Register concerns, by correcting the new amendatory instructions.

Supplementary Information
The FMC published a final rule in the Federal Register of February 17, 1999, (64 FR 7804) which made corrections and changes to existing rules of practice and procedure. Subsequently, a correction to the final rule was published on May 3, 1999 (64 FR 23551) to add several amendatory instructions which had been omitted. The Federal Register has requested that the FMC publish the following correction to clarify those amendatory instructions. In the correction to Docket No. 98-21, published on May 3, 1999, on page 23551 in the second column, revise correction number one (1) to read as follows: 1. On page 7807, in the first column, after the text of instruction 4(c) add the following amendatory instructions: d. In redesignating paragraph (b), revise the phrase ``paragraphs (b)(5), (6), and (7),'' to read ``paragraphs (e), (f), and (g).'' e. In redesignated paragraph (d), redesignate paragraphs (i), (ii), and (iii) as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), and in redesignated paragraph (d)(3), revise the phrase ``(b)(4)(i) and (b)(4)(ii)'' to read ``(d)(1) and (d)(2).'' f.
