HQ USAF Scientific Advisory Board Meeting

    The Spectrum Management Study in support of the HQ USAF Scientific 
Advisory Board will meet in Rosslyn, VA on February 24-25, 1999 from 
8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
    The purpose of the meeting is to kick off the 1999 Quicklook Study 
on Spectrum Management.
    The meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with Section 
552b of Title 5, United States Code, specifically subparagraphs (1) and 
(4) thereof.
