    Title: Community Development Financial Institutions Program.
    Description: The purpose of the CDFI Program is to promote economic 
revitalization community development through investment in and 
assistance to CDFIs. The investments by the Program are intended to 
facilitate the creation of a national network of financial institutions 
that is dedicated to community development.
    Respondents: Business or other for-profit, Not-for-profit 
institutions.
    Estimated Number of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 410.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent/Recordkeeper:

Recordkeeping--36-51 hours.
Core and Intermediary--100 hours.
Technical Assistance--50 hours.
Certification Only--15 hours.
Recertification--7 hours.
