State of Georgia

    Fulton County and the contiguous counties of Carroll, Cherokee, 
Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, and Gwinnett 
in the State of Georgia constitute a disaster area as a result of 
damages caused by severe storms and flooding, and resulting fires, that 
occurred on July 6, 1999. Applications for loans for physical damage as 
a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on 
Sept. 16, 1999 and for economic injury until the close of business on 
April 16, 2000 at the address listed below or other locally announced 
locations:
