[Declaration of Disaster #3191, Amdt. 1]


State of South Dakota

    In accordance with a notice received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency, with an effective date of June 18, 1999, the above-
numbered Declaration is hereby amended to establish the incident period 
for this disaster as beginning on June 4 and continuing through June 
18, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is August 7, 1999, and for 
economic injury the deadline is March 9, 2000.
