General Electric Company, Motors and Transformers Divisions, Fort 
Wayne, IN; Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on June 21, 1999, in response to a worker petition which 
was filed on behalf of workers at the General Electric Company, Motors 
and Transformers Division, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
    All workers of the subject firm are covered under an existing 
certification under TA-W-33, 7783. Consequently, further investigation 
in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been 
terminated.
