Summary
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of Circular Welded Non-alloy Steel Pipe from Mexico. This review covers the
period November 1, 1997 through October 31, 1998.

Supplementary Information
Because it is not practicable to complete this review within the original time limit, the Department is extending the time limit for completion of the preliminary results until November 30, 1999, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act'') by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act of 1994 (19 U.S.C. 1675 (a)(3)(A)). See memorandum to Robert S. LaRussa from Joseph A. Spetrini regarding the extension of case deadline, dated July 30, 1999. This extension is in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675 (a)(3)(A)).
