[Declaration of Disaster #3203; Amendment #1]


State of Minnesota

    In accordance with a notice received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency dated August 2, 1999, the above-numbered Declaration 
is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as 
beginning on July 4, 1999 and continuing through August 2, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is September 25, 1999 and for 
economic injury the deadline is April 28, 2000.
