Canyon Creek Compression Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

August 10, 1999.
    Take notice that on August 5, 1999, Canyon Creek Compression 
Company (Canyon), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be effective 
August 1, 1999:

Substitute Fourth Revised Sheet No. 104
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 121A
Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 193

    Canyon states that these tariff sheets were filed in compliance 
with the Commission's Letter Order issued on July 23, 1999, at Docket 
No. RP99-417-000.
    Canyon requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the 
extent necessary to permit the tendered tariff sheets to become 
effective August 1, 1999.
    Canyon states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its 
customers, interested state regulatory agencies and all parties set out 
on the official service list in Docket No. RP99-417.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings.
