AGENCY: Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: On July 19, 1999, the Defense Intelligence Agency published an 
announcement (64 FR 38657) for a closed meeting on July 29, 1999. This 
meeting was cancelled due to the unavailability of key participants.
