HQ USAF Scientific Advisory Board Meeting

    The Science and Technology Panel on Materials and Manufacturing 
will meet at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio on December 13-17, 
1999 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    The purpose of the meeting is to review the quality of the Air 
Force Science and Technology Program.
    The meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with Section 
552b(c) of Title 5, United States Code, specifically subparagraphs (1) 
and (4) thereof.
