National Institute of Mental Health; Amended Notice of Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Advisory Mental Health Council, September 16, 1999, 10:30 a.m. to 
September 17, 1999, 2:45 p.m., Neuroscience Center, National Institutes 
of Health, 6001 Executive Blvd., Bethesda, MD, 20892 which was 
published in the Federal Register on August 24, 1999, 64 FR 46208.
    The Closed session on September 16, is to review and evaluate grant 
applications. It is not to revise applications as a typo stated. The 
Open session on September 17, will begin at 8:30 a.m. instead of 8:00 
a.m. and continue to adjournment. The meeting is partially Closed to 
the public.
