The purpose of this meeting is to develop the annual work plan for year 2000 and to address the enhanced and expanded use of Industry Advisory Panels. Although other issues not contained in this agenda may come before the Committee for discussion, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, such issues may not be the subject of formal action during this meeting. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically identified in this notice.
