HQ USAF Scientific Advisory Board Meeting

    The Battle Space Infosphere Study Kickoff Meeting in support of the 
HQ USAF Scientific Advisory Board will meet at Hurlburt AFB, FL on 
February 23, 1999 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    The purpose of the meeting is to kick off the 1999 Battle Space 
Infosphere Study.
    The meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with Section 
552b of Title 5, United States Code, specifically subparagraphs (1) and 
(4) thereof.
