Appointment of Members of the Legal Division to the Performance 
Review Board, Internal Revenue Service

    Under the authority granted to me as Chief Counsel of the Internal 
Revenue Service by the General Counsel of the Department of the 
Treasury by General Counsel Order No. 21 (Rev. 4), and pursuant to the 
Civil Service Reform Act, I hereby appoint the following persons to the 
Legal Division Performance Review Board, Internal Revenue Service 
Panel:
    1. Chairperson, Marlene Gross, Deputy Chief Counsel (Operations);
    2. Kenneth Schmalzbach, Acting Deputy General Counsel;
    3. Michael Danilack, III, Associate Chief Counsel (International);
    4. Nancy J. Marks, Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (Employee 
Benefits and Exempt Organizations);
    5. Gary D. Gray, Assistant Chief Counsel (General Litigation);
    6. William F. Hammack, Midstates Regional Counsel; and
    7. H. Stephen Kesselman, Pennsylvania District Counsel.
